iGroup (Asia Pacific) Ltd. and LPixel Inc. have established a joint venture company to develop a new image solution for promoting scientific integrity and image misconduct analysis.
The new joint venture company, iLPixel, provides a software suite for detecting image reutilization from primary and secondary sources. Also, through the premium consulting service, experts at iLPixel can examine the images and interpret the result for users. Further, iLPixel provides API capability to integrate into users’ designated systems.
“LPixel speeds up detection of image manipulation and reutilization,” says Yuki Shimahara, CEO and Founder of LPixel. “We also offer consulting and reporting services, as well as IT support.”
